Shipping and Return Policy
I want your shopping experience to be as simple and pleasant as possible. You can shop directly on my site at shopmalias.com or on Facebook, Wanelo, or Pinterest and you will always receive the same level of quality and service. When you make your order, please double-check your shipping address to make sure that your order is mailed to the correct address. I try my best to ship your items the same day that you order so I am not always able to make changes to your order after you place it. All orders are mailed via USPS and shipping to any place in the domestic United States of America is free. Your order will be mailed with a pre-paid return shipping bag in case you are not satisfied or if your item does not fit, simply return your order (please read my return policy for full details on what is accepted and what is not) and rest assured that your return will be processed within three business days or sooner. Yes, you will get your money back for qualified returns! I know that many boutiques only offer store credit but at shopmalias.com, I am proud to offer my customers their money back on all qualified returns. I aim to make shipping and returns as simple and painless as possible while keeping costs down.
Rules of engagement:
- Shopmalias.com ships domestically for free and I ship to Canada for low flat-rate shipping, starting at $15 per order.
- I try to process all orders within one business day from order placement. I value your time!
- I cannot change shipping addresses once the order is placed. Please be careful when filling out your address so that your package can arrive to you ASAP.
- Please be mindful when you order. I am able to offer free shipping and returns while keeping my prices fair because my cost of business is low. For that reason, please do not order multiple sizes with the intent to mail back items that don't fit. All clothing featured runs true to size unless otherwise stated. If you have any questions, feel free to ask! I love to help my customers find the perfect item. You can also email me your size and/or picture and I am happy to give sizing advice.
Didn't work out and need a return? No problem.
- All returns must be in new condition, which means unworn, unwashed, and with all tags attached.
- Clothing must be in NEW CONDITION. Clothing that smells like smoke or has pet hair on it will NOT be accepted. Clothing that has been worn or damaged will not be accepted.
- Jewelry must be in original packaging, to include the jewelry box and all tags and applicable protective coverings and bags. Jewelry must be unworn and undamaged.
- Items that are returned in unacceptable condition will not be refunded.
- Returns must be postmarked within 7 days of receiving the product. Simply enclose your order in the attached return mailer and drop it off at your nearest USPS.

- I process all returns electronically within three business days of receiving acceptable returns.
- I carry a limited amount of each item that I sell and I am not able to promise that the item that you want will be in stock but whenever possible, I am happy to do exchanges. Simply mail back your item and include a note requesting the return. Please understand that in events that your requested item is not in stock and I am not able to do an exchange that you will receive a refund, defendant on the item being acceptable for return.
Got the wrong thing or the item arrived damaged or incorrect?
- Email, text, or call. I want to fix your issue immediately. Customer service is my highest value. I double check all items before mailing but mistakes do happen. Rest assured that in the unlikely event that you receive the wrong item or a damaged item that I will do everything I can to make it right as quickly as possible.
